Located next to the bins in the basement, it is the only bar most voters would recognise as a normal pub, with darts results and welcoming scruffiness. Bellamy's Bar named after another long-dead functionary has been turned into a creche for the children of MPs and staff.

Alas for the drinkers at the House, the plan is to move into Richmond House—owned by Middle Eastern investors who have banned alcohol.
