Dealextreme how long

So eBay seems to be weeks and DX is about weeks. Its not unusual for DX to take a week or more to ship, but I think they are more reliable than some of the eBay sellers.

You have to be very careful on ebay - the item descriptions tend to be inaccurate. Having said that, there are some very good sellers on ebay. Best bet is to search the forums to see what experiences others have had with the particular seller. Their UK warehouse is not very fast. I made an order last sunday, on monday it went to "packaging", and now it is still there maybe they are out of brown envelopes According to my experiances orders up to now i can only comment on shipment time. When my orders shipped from DX system, they take 8 days to Turkey.

If your shipment is registered it comes to my door next day. Another was shipped this morning. Other items can take several days to a week from time of payment to be shipped. It really depends if they have it in their warehouse or if they have to get it from their suppliers. I've noticed new items usually take a while. I placed three small orders days apart. One for a Tank Tk I also ordered some batteries. They shipped the next day. There is a new twist zoom light that just showed up on their site.

That status is still just "order received". I dont know. But , from what I understand , its second class mail , it only moves out of HK when there is space available , so if regular mail , first class mail , registered mail fill a plane , the free stuff sits on the floor..

Always remember , the easiest thing in the world to do , is to expel hot air from your lungs and through some vocal chords.. The resulting sound may , or may not be worth listening too …. It does seem like DX eventually ships, but with 43 paypal days gone by, I'd seriously consider starting a dispute. It doesn't have to get escalated, but it'll protect you and maybe remind DX not to be so slow. Yep it works like that. But you can't "blame" HK Post either, if you don't buy bulk post your stuff gets shipped in time But with the upcoming Chinese New Year all bets are off. I plan not to order during the Chinese new year unless I see something I really can't live without.

I am very disappointed and nervous. Better buy from another store. It was in processing stage for 7 days till i sent an email to them. Then they continued to charge me the registered fee. Before they confirmed with me if i wanted to cancell the complete order they went ahead to send me the in stock good without mt approval.

In summary, they charged me full price incl reg mail , then they told me sold out and sent me the rest of the items without my approval. A complete joke the way things have turned up! DX regularly fail to deliver products they have taken money for. In two cases this has amounted to an excess of USD ALL orders the past year have failed to arrive.

Worse still, they never offer any notice or apologies or even excuses. Good luck trying to use the various points of assistance they advertise, since you just end up going in circles. DX are unreliable, unhelpful, untrustworthy and the closest thing to a fraud.

Smoke and mirrors folks. Then on next day on they send an e mail asking for credit card photo both sides and address proof of the credit card holder for verification, then we sent an authorisation letter as sent by them. Immediately after sending the letter the other payments got deducted for the same amounts. Hence please no one visit this webpage and do anything from this. They offered me a replacement but first I had to send everything back at my own expense. Absolutely ridiculous than I had to pay for their mistake! Do not order anything from DealeXtreme! I made a purchase on the dealextreme of 4 items, totaling The items never arrived 6 months of waiting.

I opened a ticket and the dx suggested that I contact the postal service, however I do not have to demand from the postal company because who hired the service was the dealextreme itself, they have the right to a refund, not me.

The ticket is open and I have no answer, I think I lost my money. I made test purchases on this DX. Bad site, does not translate everything and gets mixed languages.

Delivery time of 1 week on site and after purchase the seller comes with 2 months history. They delivered the products in front of the house and the other one in which the period of discharge until the short was not delivered. There is no on-site dispute option as it is necessary to. Reason: It said it would deliver within seven working days. It has been 2 months. I get little to no reply from the customer service, after I opened several unanswered complain ticket. I wish I read the customer reviews before making this order. If you purchased through Paypal, I recommend you open a ticket through them. I read some people never received their orders and waited for over six months. They are not to be trusted and we should spread the word.

I am not getting any response when i said i am going to take legal action on your site. No reply yet. The website indicated the items were in stock and would ship with 4 days and in transit about 14 days with free shipping. After 4 weeks I contacted the company and asked for a tracking number.

I checked and it was not at the post office. Still they had sent me a tracking number to prove my order had shipped. By now it was almost 6 weeks. I immediately responded back to them that PayPal has a 45 day limit on opening a dispute against the order if it did not show up in the additional 10 days.

They stopped responding so I had to open a dispute with PayPal. A few days later I was refunded the purchase price minus PayPal transaction fee. It had now been alomost 8 weeks since the order was placed and no package has arrived—it is apparent they never sent anything and were either just stalling because the items were not available or they were just fraudulently stealing my money.
